We have developed business to business linkage and a web based case tracking facility, all of which enables the fast and effective passage of electronic information.

The system features a powerful report generator which enables the preparation of bespoke management information tailored to the requirements of the business partner. The system is accessible by password to enable the business partner to obtain live management information and benchmark the service against set key performance indicators.
