At IMR we believe that technology should be embraced where it can add value to processes. Our technology platform allows real time access to case progress to ensure all parties are fully aware of the current progress.
Our sophisticated case management system allows excellent communication between all parties. This system is web based and integrates seamlessly with expert management tools to allow appointments to be viewed and booked online. This process frees up panel members time to focus on patient needs in order to produce the medical report.
The expert management tools also provided the facility for the secure encrypted transmission of information and files (including medical reports) between IMR and our medical expert panel.
